Three white pavilions—Wieland, Anne Cox Chambers, and an admin center—are arranged around Sifly Piazza to form a walkable arts village, with glazed bridges completing an upper-level gallery circuit to Meier’s wing. This project aims to detail and document the construction methods of the High Museum expansion by Renzo Piano Building Workshop.

Automation, Spectacle, and the City as Apparatus - Beistegui Apartment - Corbusier - 1929

Perched above the Champs-Élysées, the Beistegui Apartment is Le Corbusier at his most theatrical and strange—a modernist shell hijacked by a surrealist client. Designed in 1929 for the eccentric collector Charles de Beistegui, the project occupies the roof of a Haussmannian building, but it deliberately detaches itself from everyday domestic life. Instead, it behaves like a private stage set where architecture, furniture, and the Paris skyline are all props in a carefully scripted performance.
